These terms govern access to and use of the website importcommand.com (the "Site"), operated by Importcommand, France. By using the Site you accept these terms. Access to the Importcommand software (the "Service") is subject to a separate written agreement, including any pilot agreement.

Content on the Site describes the Service in general terms and is provided for information only. It is not an offer, a guarantee of outcomes, and not legal, customs, or compliance advice. Import regulations vary by country and change; always verify requirements with your customs broker and the relevant authorities.
3. What the Service does not do
Importcommand does not transport cargo, does not submit official customs filings, and does not replace carriers, freight forwarders, or customs brokers. High-impact operational and compliance decisions require human verification by the customer.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, scraping at volumes that degrade service, or using the Site for unlawful purposes.
5. Intellectual property
The Site, its design, text, graphics, and the Importcommand name and logo are owned by Importcommand or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation. Any other use requires our written permission.
