Importcommand
Pricing

Tailored per company. Not a fixed package.

Pricing is based on your import volume, the workflows in scope, the integrations required, and the size of the pilot. It is agreed after the pilot, when both sides know what the rollout involves.

Volume

Shipments and orders handled per period.

Workflows

US ocean import, Mexico definitive ocean import, or both.

Integrations

Systems feeding the record: orders, tracking, documents.

Pilot scope

Number of teams, partners, and shipments in the pilot.

How it works

Request a pilot. We agree a scope, run one representative shipment, and evaluate fit. A proposal follows with pricing that reflects your actual volume and requirements, not a tier you have to grow into.

Is there a free trial?

There is a controlled pilot rather than a self-serve trial. The pilot is scoped with you and runs on a real shipment.

Do you publish per-seat prices?

No. Pricing is tailored per company and shared after the pilot, based on volume, workflows, integrations, and pilot scope.

Can partners such as brokers or forwarders use it?

Yes, with scoped access. Partner access is configured per workspace and reviewed during the pilot.

Start with one representative shipment.

A controlled pilot maps your handoffs, checks fit and integrations, and shows what a single operational record changes for your team.
