Importcommand
About

Built for the daily reality of importing.

Importcommand was founded in 2025 in France to give import teams one operational record instead of a scatter of spreadsheets, inboxes, portals, and chat threads.

Why we built it

Import operations rarely fail for lack of information. They fail because the information is everywhere: the packing list in an email, the ETA in a portal, the broker's question in a chat, the landed cost in a draft spreadsheet. Each person has a piece, and the shipment has no single record.

Importcommand exists to be that record. One place where order readiness, documents, partner follow-ups, milestones, exceptions, and costs are worked together, and a dashboard that answers the daily questions: what is moving, what is missing, who needs to respond, and what needs attention.

How we work

We start with a pilot on one representative shipment, not a migration. We name the scopes we support (US ocean import and Mexico definitive ocean import) and the things we do not do: transport cargo, submit customs filings, or replace carriers, forwarders, and brokers. High-impact decisions stay with people.

Founder, Importcommand

Thomas founded Importcommand in 2025 to bring the import operational record into one connected workspace, with a pilot-first approach that respects how teams and their partners actually work.

Start with one representative shipment.

A controlled pilot maps your handoffs, checks fit and integrations, and shows what a single operational record changes for your team.
